Born in Germany, Tina lived in New York and New Jersey before discovering the greater Sarasota area with its vibrant yet laid back energy. She began her real estate career in 1996 with Wedebrock Real Estate Company, a pioneer in Real Estate Sales and Rentals on Longboat Key since 1950, and became an agent of E&V when Wedebrock was acquired by Engel & Voelkers Longboat Key Realty in 2009.

Tina is continuously honored as Top Listing and Top Selling Agent. She was honored as “Highest Producer Company Wide” throughout her career with Wedebrock and continues that honor with E&V until today. In 2005, Tina was responsible for the largest sale in Wedebrock’s 55 year history.

Back in 2001 Tina expanded into the European to promote Florida properties and volunteered her time and efforts to promote Manatee County at several Tourism conventions overseas (CMT in Stuttgart and ITB in Berlin). With her German heritage and language fluency, she can completely relate to Europeans and is fully aware of their wants, needs and expectations. Since Europeans represent a large percentage of Florida Real Estate Buyers, this endeavor has been a huge benefit to Tina’s clients.
